Get in Touch
Calculator Archive is maintained by a small team of engineers, editors, and analysts who build and verify every tool on this site. Because each calculator is checked against published formulas before it goes live, detailed reports from readers are the fastest way for us to find and fix a mistake.

What to Include in Your Message
A useful report tells us three things: which calculator you used, what values you entered, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help, but plain text with the numbers is even better because we can paste it straight into a test.
Calculator name
Link to the page or copy its title so we can reproduce your exact scenario.
Inputs and result
List the values you entered and the output you received, with units where they apply.
Expected result
If you know the correct answer or the formula behind it, include that too.
Browser and device
Only needed for display or input problems — the browser name and version is enough.
Corrections and Editorial Policy
Accuracy is the whole point of this site, so corrections are treated as a priority rather than a courtesy. When we confirm an error, we fix the underlying calculation, re-check every related tool that shares the same formula, and note the change. If a published figure changes because an official source — a tax authority, a statistical agency, or a standards body — updated it, we update the calculator in the same way.
Our articles and calculator descriptions are written in-house and reviewed for clarity. We do not accept paid placements inside editorial content, and we do not sell links. If you believe an article on Calculator Archive is inaccurate or out of date, write to us with the page address and the passage in question and we will review it.
Before You Write
Many questions are answered already. Our sitemap lists every calculator on the site, the terms of use explain how the tools may be relied upon, and the privacy policy describes exactly what we do and do not collect. If you are looking for a worked explanation rather than a tool, the articles library covers compound interest, loan amortisation, energy balance, floating-point arithmetic, inflation, retirement planning, and descriptive statistics.
